You’ll probably know Becky Evans more for her Instagram success under the name @QueenB. One of these new-fangled ‘Influencers’, as the internet calls them, Becky has risen to fame for her cool and casual takes on cars and motoring with her ‘A Girl’s Guide To’ series on YouTube.

Her videos get tens of thousands of views, covering car reviews, behind the scenes to motoring events, and general pissing around fun-ness.

But now, Queen B has thrown out everything she knows and taken on the illusive world of drifting for a new YouTube series with Red Bull Media House.

Drift Queen sees Becky travel across the world to better understand the sports’ origins, and how it’s evolved to the present day. From Japan, the birthplace of drift, to wet and windy Liverpool, Becky learns from drifting icon ‘Mad’ Mike Whiddett, the founder of Red Bull Drift Shifters, and Formula D judge Robbie Nishida, among many other famous names from the world of drifting.

Available on YouTube and the Red Bull TV website, it’s easy watching to bring drifting to the masses and enlighten viewers into a side of motoring that’s gained mainstream media popularity through the likes of Fast and Furious. Becky’s casual presenting approach carries over perfectly from her Instagram success, making a fun and endearing watch for all ages and genders.

“My hope for people watching this series is to realise how easy and fun it is to be involved in drifting,” said Becky. “From the first day of filming, I was so humbled at how quickly I was accepted, as well as the generosity I experienced from all corners of the drifting community. If Drift Queen helps just one person get into motorsport who didn’t think they could before, then I’ll be happy.”
